Who provides the game

Your purchase and license
Full Game is a one-time purchase of personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to all eight cases and the planned case 9–12 updates. Future update dates are not guaranteed. There is no recurring subscription. The first case is free. Game content and software remain the property of their respective rights holders; do not resell access or redistribute game assets.
Accounts and access
Use an account you control and keep access to your sign-in method secure. Purchases are linked to that account. Contact us if paid access is missing. Investigation progress remains in your browser; clearing browser data may erase it. Do not attempt unauthorized access, payment manipulation or disruption of the service.
Payments and refunds
Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for checkout. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to payment transactions alongside applicable consumer law. The price and taxes are displayed before you pay. Our refund page explains how to request help. No provision of these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and changes
The game requires an internet connection and a supported modern browser. Maintenance or technical faults may interrupt access. We may update the game and these terms; the published date identifies the current version. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law or your completed purchase.

AI voice model terms
Character voices are artificially generated. When using Supertonic 3 through this game, you must comply with Section 5 and all use restrictions in Attachment A of the linked OpenRAIL-M license; these provisions form part of these terms. A copy of the complete license is provided here.
